I Had an inspection recently from Renters warehouse. My inspecter, Tasha, was absolutely wonderful! She had great energy, kept up with us on some things around the house, and wasted no time getting all parties on the same page. Clear communication with good energy, thank you Tasha!

I am a tenant for a year now. It was time to renew a lease. Tasha contacted me to schedule prelease inspection visit. She was very understanding and flexible to set time comfortable for me. The inspection was very professional and efficient, Tasha is the best inspector we could have. She is very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills and wonderful personality. I would highly recommend Tasha to anyone. I give her 5 stars.
First off I would like to thank Tasha for her help last week. She came to do our inspection and she heard my concerns. She is helping me get reimbursed with RW for some filters. Tasha was very accommodating to my work schedule as I had to request another day for the inspection. I just want to thank her for all her help.

This review is for the Lead Inspector Tasha! Great inspector she came in and got straight to the problems. I have not been a tenant long and have been Having maintenance request back to back do to a quick fix up and patching to make home look nice for rent. I grateful that she came out to complete inspection so when I move out they want try to charge me for items that was never fixed properly and or repaired and her documentation was great and detailed!! I would use her when I choose to purchase.
