I had called on a property that Philip Hamilton was representing for Renter's Warehouse. That property had just been rented but Philip informed me of another that was coming available soon. The home fit our needs perfectly and we are now moving in. Working with Philip was a great experience. He is very thorough, explains the process well and was always at the property prior to our appointment time. I would not hesitate to recommend Philip Hamilton and Renter's Warhouse.

Philip Hamilton is my favorite person right now. I got into a bind trying to find tenants and property manage my condo on my own...and from another state. After my last tenant broke the lease, (8 months early) I realized that I need help. I called RW and was directed to Phil. I had an excellent experience working with Phillip Hamilton. He returned my initial call within 5 minutes - on a Sunday night - and showed me the property Monday morning. He kept me informed throughout the application process and helped with completing the move-in inspection. A fantastic start to what I hope will be a good relationship with Renters Warehouse.

My husband and I rented a property that went through Renters Watehouse. I can finally say we had a great experience! Philip Hamilton was the realtor we worked with, he was punctual, professional and very informative through the entire process which made everything run smoothly.. no hidden fees etc everything was upfront and honest.
