Michelle Johnson listed my rental and found tenants in a very timely matter. She was very informative and very helpful when we had questions. My situation was unique and issues came up that were stressful for me, I truly believe had it not been for her coordinating the vendors and taking the initiative to communicate with all involved it would not been ready for the new tenants on time. We approached RentersWarehouse to help us rent our horse property in Cave Creek, We were referred to Philip Hamilton who instantly responded to our request. In less than a day and before our ad had a chance to be placed on the MLS he found a renter with five horses, three dogs and children who were perfect for enjoying our little ranch. Couldn't be happier!!
