I had my property on the market for over two months. Was required to lower my price by almost $2,000. Had a difficult time getting information or communication from Nicole. I asked multiple times for a call from someone else but that never happened. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I have revived so far and if it continues now that there is a renter in place, I will no longer be using your company to manage my property.

The rent estate advisor did have multiple showings throughout the course of this listing. During the showings there was feedback regarding the parking situation as well as cigarette odor from the previous tenants. The monthly rent was lowered by $50.00 a total of three times. Renters warehouse recently reached out to me both by text and email requesting that I review them. I reviewed them originally in 2017 when I ended my relationship with them, but by request I'm also posting that review here. Landlord perspective on renter's warehouse. Glenna Simmons She is unprofessional and takes advantage of renters. She rented a home to my daughter. On move in day the air conditioning was not working. I have a copy of a text where she told my daughter that it was her responsibility to call and get it repair and do her part. The lease and the landlord tenant act states the landlord is responsible for repairs and keeping the premises habitable. Phillip Hamilton was excellent!
We currently use Renters Warehouse for property management. We received a work order and a breakdown for the labor and materials cost, which was far above market rate (OVER 200% above the rate we were able to find in half an hour of research). Renters Warehouse was also not willing to share a receipt with us for the replacement parts, which was very disconcerting and not the proper way to operate with transparency. They could essentially buy any parts and charge us any price. They need to address this in the future.
