We have been property owners with Renters Warehouse since 2019, and unfortunately, our experience has been largely negative. Communication has been a consistent issue, with long delays in receiving updates on open cases. One case, which has been open since May 2025, involves a tree on our property that died due to tenant neglect. We were only made aware of the issue after receiving an HOA citation.
