Lived in one of their houses they manage for 3 years. You may say, Oh they must be great right? Nope. Moved in and had to hire a cleaning team because the previous tenants were evicted (Covid times), and they left it a mess. Literal piles of cigarette butts in the back yard. Found that the smoke detectors didn't work. Put in a service order for them to fix them. no response for a month, they then contacted me and said they didn't think it was their responsibility. If there was an option to put zero stars I would. Absolutely do not ever rent from Renters Warehouse, I have had simple maintenance request submit since the beginning of July. I have 6 open maintenance request and there is zero indication they will ever be fixed. The maintenance crews respond to me with generic answers read from a list. I also had my AC break in July and it took over a week for them to fix meanwhile my house was over 100 degrees leaving me with nowhere to go.
