I would give 0 stars if I could. This company has been absolutely terrible. My AC broke in July in Phoenix Arizona where the outside temperature is about 116. The inside temperature of my house is 99 degrees. Renters warehouse has been sitting on this issue for 5 days now. They said on day 2 that they would bring portable AC units to help with the heat. Worst rental company out there. Unresponsive and incompetent. There are many property managers out there so do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Spent 1 year with these jokers and learn from my mistake, go with pro's not Bozos

I have worked with Renter's Warehouse for over 9 years for my property management needs, and the service was just okay. But, recently I started working with Philip Hamilton and he changed by view of RW. Philip was awesome ~ he always communicated promptly, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, etc. Because of Philip, I now will give RW a 5 star rating!

We met with Jamey Holmes and toured a home that we applied for the next day. We were told that we were the first applicants to apply. After applying Jamey was not communicating with us unless we reached out first. We asked for the status of our application 2-3 days after applying and Jamey responded stating that the landlord prefers a 24 month lease. Out of the three rental companies we have been with in the Phoenix area / Renters Warehouse was the WORST! We would never use Renters Warehouse again!!! We had to constantly keep contacting them to follow through with the repairs. And we would always get a different person whenever we would follow-up on our problems. First person I did business with hurried me along and wanted me to do what I thought he should have done. I felt he was pushing me to take very low credit worthy people. Said he showed it several times but I had asked him to tell me each time he showed it. I was aware of only 2 times. Darlene was better but I ended up renting to a person with a dog that I was very Leary to do so. But we will see how it turns out.
