Very poor service department. Service writer acted like they were doing you a favor by helping you. Only reason I stopped was I was in the area and this isnt my home dealer. The irony also is that they had a Jeep I wanted also to buy.
They did not have the car that was advertised nor did they seem very interested in selling a car in my price range

Horrible experience. I went in for an oil change, key fob battery and tire alignment. I came out with no sticker in my window listing the mileage and date for next oil change and my check engine light came on.
something changed with their service department and it has went downhill. Spent a week just trying to get a estimate emailed to me for a transmission job but finally had to go to Rairdon's Fiat of Kirkland. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about and because of this they lost a 10 thousand dollar job and a customer.
Truck offered was presented for a test drive. Truck drove well. When I called/texted/emailed to ask about the truck, the dealership was very unresponsive for several days. I did speak with a few different people and was hoping to get a straight answer on what was being repaired since I noted online a $3000 price drop and a text from one person that parts were slow to arrive. Very unorganized. Played phone tag with the service advisor all day and ended up having to pick up my car the next day after I gave up and decided to just show up in person.
