Customer service was non existent. No communication. Supply chain issues caused delay. Was not happy, but they cant fix my truck without parts. But no communication with sliding ecds did not help. There idea of expediting my vehicle after having it sitting with them for four weeks was fix it six days after they received the parts was 6 days.
The wait time was way too long for just an oil change and tire rotation especially when I had an appointment. They tried charging me $28 for my power steering cap being lost when they were the last ones to work on my car. They didn't rotate my tires nor did they check my power steering, breaks and break pads because my steering is hard to turn and my breaks are squeaking. I plan to go to a different location to get those looked at all because they didn't.
2 hours for oil change. Not sure if they were understaffed. The peaple working there were really nice.
It was garbage because whats wrong with the jeep wasnt the problem that they fixed
People at RCJDR waste my time. They are not professional and they need to be organized.
You are better off going to a bloody jiffy lube. Do NOT, I repeat, NOT go here.
An oil change shouldn't take over an hour! Especially when you are forced to make an appointment. If my oil changes weren't free I'd drive right past them. Terrible dealership!! Bad management for sure!!
I paid $130 waited 2.5 hours with appointment. My coupon was not honored. I was told I had mail in tire, although 2 tires dealers can not find it. I dont believe tires were actually rotated. Horrible service
If you have any other options for service I would recommend going somewhere else. I had brought my Ram in for fixing a water leak issue. It took 4 separate trips to get fixed in a month period of time. During that time I received my truck back with several paint scratches. They agreed to buff out the scratches, however when I received my truck back I found that only a few scratches were fixed. I ended up spending a half day fixes the scratches myself. I will not be going back.
