Verified Renter Pros: Loved the amenities. Loved that maintenance team is always quick and professional. Loved our space. Our apartment is awesome. Cons: Some neighbors love smoking all types of substances and hallways and patios stink. Some neighbors dont pick up their pets poops. Some neighbors use the parking lot as a race track specially at weekends nights. The gates are always broken and the gates app keeps crashing.

The communication is great and the office staff is the best I've ever experienced which I feel is a direct reflection of what you can expect from a resident standpoint. The office staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional in the 6 months that I've lived here. Best I've seen!

Verified Renter Is a great place to live. The amenities are great and well maintained, staff is great, really nice and knowledge with all the information. Location is great as well, the train is really close, restaurants, supermarket and the natural reserved is beautiful as well. I don't like the fact that we don't have any storage for our bigger items or boxes.
