Verified Renter Excellent location, nice amenities, responsive maintenance crews. Noise can be an issue due to thin shared walls. Absolute issue is the lack of trash policy enforcement. People leave trash outside of the collection period leading to odors. Management was made aware multiple times with photo evidence and they still don't act.

Verified Renter Staff is really friendly and if we have any issues they will try to resolve immediately. Gym and pool maintenance is good. Apart from the corridor maintenance remaining is good.

Verified Renter Location, location, location. This apartment is extremely convenient to both the George Bush tollway and 75. It has tons of convenient shopping centers nearby and makes going north or south a breeze. However, having lived here for a few years - the current cost is rather high when compared a few years ago when there has been no value added to the property.

Verified Renter It is a safe place, many green areas to walk, the administration is very friendly and has always supported me in everything, it is also quiet, there is no noise at night and there is enough parking, normally the apartments are very well maintained and have few faults.
