Verified Renter Great location near Cityline while being isolated in a peaceful/quiet area next to parks and nature trails. Amenities and facilities are mostly clean. Shared walls and ceilings causing noise issues are common in apartment living, but I don't think it's normal to be able to hear my neighbor close (not slam) the bedroom door. Verified Renter I was dreading moving back in to another apt after selling my house; however, in the almost 3 years of living here, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Great people, super dog friendly with plenty of trails to walk, and most importantly I feel safe doing so.

Deceptive management Deceptive management. Were told one thing and charged VERY differently for another. Common areas are dirty and smell like dog pee. Pool area is difficult to enjoy as residents will bring many more guests than allowed and management only does bare minimum to try to address this. Largest concern is deceptive management and passing the buck between different staff members - one will direct you to another and all will happily take your money without taking any responsibility.

Beware of management This review is to warn residents when moving out. I have to give a rating but it really should be a big “0”. I understand a business wanting to make money but it should be in an honest way. This is squarely pointed at management which holds your contract. I ended my lease to move on to different living arrangements. Before handing over the keys I made sure the apartment was in move in condition. Terrible Management BEWARE! I wish I could leave a zero star. This place has the worst management I have ever seen. I was fooled into renewal. Leadership made promises to correct the trending failures here. They actually just got worse! I reached out to the regional manager. That's when I realized the problem was bigger then just this property. I would advise against ANY Bell managed properties.
