Beware of management This review is to warn residents when moving out. I have to give a rating but it really should be a big “0”. I understand a business wanting to make money but it should be in an honest way. This is squarely pointed at management which holds your contract. I ended my lease to move on to different living arrangements. Before handing over the keys I made sure the apartment was in move in condition. Terrible Management BEWARE! I wish I could leave a zero star. This place has the worst management I have ever seen. I was fooled into renewal. Leadership made promises to correct the trending failures here. They actually just got worse! I reached out to the regional manager. That's when I realized the problem was bigger then just this property. I would advise against ANY Bell managed properties.

Verified Renter I have lived here since December 2018 and have been extremely happy with the staff (both old and new), maintenance is always done in a timely manner, and the property is clean and well maintained. I love that the nature preserve with all of the trails is right next to me and I always feel safe walking my dogs.
C Smith Great place to live if you have a roommate or a 2nd income. I have enjoyed living here, even though we haven’t been able to use some of the amenities due to Covid 19, however this is not the apartments fault! Office personnel are very friendly and helpful and treat you as friends. Beautiful surroundings, quiet neighborhood, and quiet/friendly neighbors.
