Verified Renter Love the area, great view from balcony. Amazing trails to walk and explore. Would like more parking for residents and the rules enforced so people who stay here get the opportunity first.
Verified Renter Zero concerns living here as it has been a great 4 years. Rent is steep but overall the apartment is decent for that “suburban” feel even though it is close to the city.

Verified Renter For the most part and im old. Honestly, folks are very friendly and the over all community is safe. I have lived here in this location in Richardson, it's very safe. That's always and still is my major reason I have remained here all these years. It's hilarious but true.

Verified Renter Excellent location, nice amenities, responsive maintenance crews. Noise can be an issue due to thin shared walls. Absolute issue is the lack of trash policy enforcement. People leave trash outside of the collection period leading to odors. Management was made aware multiple times with photo evidence and they still don't act.

Verified Renter Staff is really friendly and if we have any issues they will try to resolve immediately. Gym and pool maintenance is good. Apart from the corridor maintenance remaining is good.
