Verified Renter Maintenance and Leasing Office should either fix something quick or else update residents quick. They did none of that this time. I will update with better rating if they show improvement next time. In detail: maintenance took over 3 weeks to fix the lock in my garage. It was due to a combination of staff turnaround but most importantly the lack of communication & follow-up as the only times I got an update was when I had to go to the leasing office in person. Verified Renter Had a great experience. Quiet and safe. I've been here over 3 years and enjoy the area. There's a park with walking trails through the parking lot.

Verified Renter I've been here since October. Everything is going well but my only complaint is maintance. It takes a longer time to respond, which means it takes a while for the issue to be resolved.

Verified Renter I used to enjoy living here, but staff doesn't respond to emails timely, if at all. Still don't have that garage I asked about earlier in the month and trash litter is everywhere because the trash service ignores the messes they make. We've had a mess on our floor that stills there for almost a week now, and litter outside from a dropped bag. It just gets ignored. Although they love to send emails, they need work on responding.
