Verified Renter I've lived at Reserve at Spring Creek from the very beginning and care deeply about this community. Through all the changes that have occurred over the years, the one thing that stands out to me is the staff. Tricia, Kristen, and Matt have treated me well and are always up for listening my concerns. It's reassuring having those relationships and makes my living experience that much more rewarding, knowing they care as much as I do and are always willing to help.

Verified Renter Over all good staff could be better nice area. Parking is a bit of a struggle as if you are late you have to walk a lot to your apartment especially if you live in building 8-10

Verified Renter Maintenance and Leasing Office should either fix something quick or else update residents quick. They did none of that this time. I will update with better rating if they show improvement next time. In detail: maintenance took over 3 weeks to fix the lock in my garage. It was due to a combination of staff turnaround but most importantly the lack of communication & follow-up as the only times I got an update was when I had to go to the leasing office in person. Verified Renter Had a great experience. Quiet and safe. I've been here over 3 years and enjoy the area. There's a park with walking trails through the parking lot.

Verified Renter I've been here since October. Everything is going well but my only complaint is maintance. It takes a longer time to respond, which means it takes a while for the issue to be resolved.
