Verified Renter The community is very peaceful and good. I am enjoying living here and all the amenities are a plus. we also have a jog trail and the fitness centre is amazing.

Verified Renter I've been here since October. Everything is going well but my only complaint is maintance. It takes a longer time to respond, which means it takes a while for the issue to be resolved.

Verified Renter I used to enjoy living here, but staff doesn't respond to emails timely, if at all. Still don't have that garage I asked about earlier in the month and trash litter is everywhere because the trash service ignores the messes they make. We've had a mess on our floor that stills there for almost a week now, and litter outside from a dropped bag. It just gets ignored. Although they love to send emails, they need work on responding. SO won't be renewing and I doubt the other 4 of my friends that live here will be ... read more

Verified Renter The entire time we have been here we have not suffered a complain. On a holiday weekend we had our AC unit break and called the emergency hotline and they were super helpful and responded very quickly to get it fixed during the peak of the hot summer season. Staff has always been friendly and we have already renewed our lease a second time!
