Complete thorough inspection by professionals. All positive and negative aspects well explained in layman's language. We had our previous house inspected and it was obvious that several of the inspectors were just contractors trying find work. Not these guys. Pleased that they explained remediative measures that we could understand and the relative urgency. Money well spent for peace of mind.

Martin Peter's was very thorough and walked me through every issue he found on the new house. He was very knowledgeable about everything house related. RIA makes it very easy to schedule inspections online and if you feel comfortable calling instead, they are all friendly and eager to help and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Prices are very reasonable too. I recommend them hands down.

A helpful person answered the first time I tried calling to schedule the inspection. She walked me through the process, cost and explained additional options available, like radon testing. Inspector, Wolfgang, was recommended by my agent and he did a great job. He was on time, knowledgeable and helpful with answering all my questions as he showed me all items of concern. The cost was less than what other companies had listed online. Great experience.

I highly recommend Residential Inspector of America out of Buford!! We were under contract with a limited due diligence timeframe. I contacted RIA and quickly scheduled the inspection. I've had a number of inspections - good and bad - and I didn't know what to expect. I could not be there during the inspection so I gave my fiancé a list of things I hoped they would check.
