HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH RIA! I am purchasing my first home and the whole experience has been nerve wracking and scary. I was made aware of a walkthrough coming up at the last minute. RIA was quick, affordable, and thorough in their inspection and reporting. I wasn't able to attend personally but Mike called me after and provided me with the highlights. I received the report the same day as my walk through was the next morning. I will use them again in the future.
By far, best home inspection company around. They were thorough, informative and great to work with! I will recommend to everyone I know.
Jamie was fantastic! He walked us through all of the problem areas of our potential home purchase, and the relative severity of each issue. He was very patient, friendly, and was happy to further explain every time we didn't understand the results and implications of each part of the inspection! We couldn't be happier with his service!
Adam was amazing! He was super thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I was able to schedule my inspection 24 hours out, which was much faster than the competitors I spoke to. Thanks to Adam, I was informed and able to negotiate resolutions before closing.
Adam did our home inspection, and we thought he was very thorough. If just for the home inspection, I would give 5 stars. But I don't recall giving this company consent to sell my information. They inspected a home I just purchased and did a great job. Communication was superb, and the report was extremely detailed. They came highly recommended to me and I'd recommend them highly to others. Im very glad I used them. Got a 42 page report with pictures and very comprehensive details. Doug reviewed everything with me on the phone as well since I am out of state. His experience was clearly evident and I am confident in his viewpoints.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used them for inspections on two different homes this year. In addition to being easy to schedule, the inspectors were on time, courteous, and took plenty of time explaining to me any issues that needed attention. The written report was also thorough and made it easier to negotiate with the sellers.

Extremely Disappointing Inspection I paid $1,301.85 for a home inspection, sewer evaluation, mold inspection, and radon testing, plus another $267.26 for a reinspection.
