Get directionsWe were told that our TV needed to be replaced and so it was added to our claim. Our project manager called to see when he could pick up the TV and dispose of it. Once we received our replacement I called him and they cane and picked it up. Two days later we were notified by Samsung that our TV was registered to a different owner. My husband called the project manager to ask how the TV was disposed of and he was told it was “put by the dumpster”. That was a lie. I will not recommend a company that is this dishonest.

The company damaged the house throughout the process of mitigation and is taking weeks to provide the insurance with the report, continuing to delay the process.
They left the place dirty. I called them about an issue and they refused to come back out. Also, I did not get a callback from management that I asked for.
My appointment was between 9:00am to 9:30am on a set date. Never showed up until 2:00pm with a crew from Riverside Co. They only taped our walls where mold was found, then left.
Workers were lazy and did not do a comprehensive job.
