Our salesman Duke Barnes was professional and easy going. Our deal was fair and a pleasant one.
I was able to walk in and get the issue with my truck fixed without an appointment. The work was completed the same day. The only thing that would have made the experience better is for a loaner vehicle to be accessible.

We've previously dealt with Covert Ford and it was an incredibly unpleasant experience (even for a car dealership). We were prepared to have a similar experience at other dealerships as well.
