When I was trying to order this truck over a year ago Edgar was the only one who reached out from an internet inquiry. I had reached out to multiple dealerships and he was the only one to reply. Our first conversation was about a hold that Ford had placed on truck orders and he expected them to open up sometime in the future. My experience with most dealers would not be favorable. However, I walked into Riata Ford and an entirely different way of buying a car. There was no pressure and my sales person, Enaci Hayes was a champ. She didn’t try to sell me anything, she helped guide me through the pleasant buying experience.
