Annie talked with me on Friday, referring me to Will Goodwin. We met up Saturday morning. Will was friendly and knowledgeable about the Maverick I had looked at online. We drove the Maverick; he was very helpful working up the deal, interfacing with Gordon, working through the numbers. We had the transaction done in a matter of hours, and I drove my new truck home. I had a terrible accident and my vehicle was totaled. I needed a new vehicle but was unable to make it to the dealer as I was in much pain. Mr. Gordon, an assistant Manager from Riata Ford assisted me by sending to my residence a vehicle to test drive and choose. This effort means a lot when you are in bed with pain and are stressed.
