Over the past several weeks I have had multiple conversations with multiple dealers trying to find the right truck at the right price. Edgar Cruz made my buying fast and no hidden tricks. Super honest salesperson. Everything he said was true and on point. My past sales experiences were not honest and gave me a bad taste.
It was a pleasure working with Michael Jackson and RJ, they are easy to work with and very transparent. This was the second time in about two months we needed to purchase a vehicle. If it wasn't for them we would purchase elsewhere. Finance, we understand they need to make money through their options but we feel both times the person has been rude and unprofessional. Service center seemed slow but got the job done. Not very informative. Will was suppose to have my tank filled with gas per Jeff but this did not happen. Michael Jackson did not really do anything to show me the truck or talk about it features. It was all about the numbers for him. I got upset about the low ball offer on my trade in F-150 Lariat as I know what Kelly blue book was offering. Kelsey Martinec was so professional and diligent in keeping me informed of a very important safety recall on my 2022 Ford Explorer. She ordered the parts, notified me when they were ready to be installed, and scheduled the service date. She assured me that the recall was necessary and required. The service went well and I felt safer while traveling to another city for a high school graduation party.
