La Marcus Burnette was a helpful, knowledgeable sales person. La Marcus and Jeff Ledesma carefully and thoroughly walked me through the purchasing process. Both made sure to follow up after I took the car home to see if I had any questions or concerns. Riata's service department contacted me both by phone and email to introduce themselves and to schedule my first, six-month service. I was treated with professional courtesy each time I interacted with Riata personnel.
I've had the vehicle in and it's used and the first time I brought it in thought it was completely up to snuff. There was an issue with a repair done which required me to bring it back. Bringing it back a third time I was informed of other maintenance that was overdue, The advisor suggested maintenance that was not needed due to previous work done at riata Ford, and the on inspection we discovered another leak that somehow manifested in a different area after two rounds of leak fixes.
