Made the process easy and was able to save me time by delivering my vehicle and driving my trade in away.
I want this to be as accurate as possible so let's start at the beginning. I created a reservation for my Bronco through Ford website like so many others and got an email to wait for the dealership to reach out to me. I waited a month without hearing anything so one weekend I drove down to the dealership and talked to Kevin Wood. He said he would have Jason who at the time was their order guy reach out to me.
