JD Brooks took very good care of us he informed us of everything that was happening and we got a cursity car to us. Car repairs were completed on time. Excellent work!!!
Our experience with Riata has been amazing. The entire team Jeff, Will, and AJ, has been great!! We haven't met all of the Parts or Service team yet. We would recommend Riata to anyone. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and get things done. We are grateful that we bought our new Ford Maverick through them.
JD kept me updated and got us back up and going! Only hiccup was my car is so new that the repair manual was missing data which resulted in a revisit but was not the fault of Riata.
