I brought in my truck to be serviced which was done promptly and everyone was helpful and generally knowledgeable. I was somewhat disappointed the service dept. could not look at or quote me for a needed part - they said only parts could do that. :( It was also disappointing to hear they were discontinuing the perks program for oil changes after buying my truck from Riata.
