Very clean and professional on their service. Brought my 2002 Lincoln Continental with an issue that took a year to fix outside of Riata Ford and they fixed it in a matter of hours.
The staff was very knowledgeable and proficient at processing my application to purchase my truck.

I picked up a part, returned it; was not able to get my reward points back. I had to wait on the manager who was on a meeting; I couldn’t wait as I had to pick up my daughter. It would be nice just to get your points back without going through the manager.
