Normally, I am not a review person. I picked up my Bronco on 10/02/22, today is 10/21/22. As you can see I have let a significant amount of time pass and am still compelled to share a review. I had a major breakdown with my truck after having some performance issues, and had it towed to Riata and when it arrived Mr. JD promptly called me at the first opportunity walked me through how everything was going to be done, and advised me that due to the age of the truck it may take longer to get the parts , and getting with the mechanic let me know the approximate price and hours for the repair,and after okaying the work I would have expected the repair to take a lot longer due to getting the parts but within 2 weeks, J... read more

Ajay is the best salesman, in fact the entire team is great. But Ajay works with you to get you exactly what you are looking for at the best possible price. Over the years I boughten 3 vehicles from Ajay and I live all the way in Houston just because he is that good and will get you a deal that beats anybody. If I had only two words to describe my experience at Riata Ford, they would above and beyond. I placed an order for my car knowing there would be a wait.
