Richard was always available for the craziest questions I would come up with. Very personable, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Richard has helped me with purchasing two homes. Richard was incredible from the very first email he answered from us! He constantly went above and beyond the call of duty to answer even our silliest questions. He treated us like family, and offered help and advice in areas we knew nothing about with buying a house that proved incredibly important as the process moved along. We are so happy we went with Richard and Churchill Mortgage— it was the best. Their customer service was incredible, and we didn’t find a lower rate anywhere else.
