Richard went above and beyond in helping us with our refinancing. He answered our questions off hours and made sure that we understood our options and most importantly taught us the why of it. I would recommend Richard again and Churchill mortgage again for servicing .

This is the second time that we have used Richard, and both transactions went very smoothly and without a hitch. I think my only real complaint came after the loan we to underwriting. It seemed to me that there was a lot of repetition in the information needed. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.
