I cannot say enough about Richard and his team at Churchill! I have been telling everyone that if they are ever in need of a mortgage or refinance they need to call Richard. We were treated like family and Richard took all the time we needed to explain our options and the ramifications of each one so that we fully understood. The underwriting and closing were quick and basically effortless. When it was time to close they sent a notary TO OUR HOUSE on OUR SCHEDULE...at 7pm! They are rockstars!
