We chose Churchill Mortgage to help us build a credit history in order to qualify for a home loan. The process took a couple of months but was worth the time. During the closing process the Title agent said Churchill had done a great job and had never seen such low origination fees. They were originally concerned as they had never heard of or worked with Churchill. In the end they said they would recommend them to others looking for a mortgage company.
