My experience working with Richard was great. He kept me informed every step of the process and was honest with me from the beginning. He gave me the mortgage options to consider and did not try to push me into a product that I wasn't comfortable with. He is professional and reliable. I never had any trouble getting in contact with him when I had questions. I've been through this process many times and it's never easy, but Richard made it as painless as possible.
