He's extremely professional and patient and excellent at walking you through the process and making it a stress free as possible. The process took longer than expected because of different delays. Richard was very helpful in getting the kinks worked out. He took calls at all hours and was very happy to help. He explained what was happening during every step. It made the whole process less stressful.

Richard and team continued effort moved along the entire refinance process until completion. At times the existing mortgage company stalled the process with question after question, fortunately Richard and Vicky had the answers. Have recommended Churchill a number times in the short time since the refinancing completed.
