Mr. Butterfield and his staff made this as easy on me as they could. They requested what they needed and answered any questions I had promptly. They are the only people who gave me (a person with no credit history) a chance to earn a home loan. Not acquiring hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and always paying my bills on time is considered an asset to this firm. I'm not sure why so many other firms treated me like I am a conniving psychopath for not being up to my eyeballs in debt??

Richard was available everytime I called or emailed. If he was with another customer or out of the office he always responded within the hour. The biggest praise is they closed my home a few days early. Richard and his team were fantastic to work with.

Richard was amazing! Always made himself available to us even when he was out of town with his family. He never made us feel like we weee an inconvenience even when we asked a million questions.
