The Richard Ellis team is AMAZING!! The first time we used them, we had such a great experience that when it came time to buy another home, we knew exactly who we were going with. Richard is so quick at putting together the numbers and Ashley was with us every step of the way! Ashley even helped us after hours when there was confusion on closing dates/times. Richard was available anytime of day. He was super friendly and explained the process perfectly. There were no suprises or 2nd guessing. He even identified a grant that we qualified and it helped us pay for the down payment. He is extremely knowledgable and always put our family's needs first. I couldnt have asked for a better home buying experience for our first time buying.

We did not end up doing the refinance after all was said and done, but it was at no way because of the loan Richard was able to get us. However, Richard and his team was extremely helpful through the whole process. From answering questions from 3 of us all at different times from different emails and phone numbers, to patiently reminding us what we were missing and issuing recommendations as we went along. Highly recommend!!
