I use Richard as my referral source whenever a client of mine needs to learn about how the mortgage industry works and what to do get approved with a competitive mortgage rates. They have packages/programs to get you going regardless if you are an individual or a business. Really nice guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and his company!

We called Richard on a late Monday night, he took our call without hesitation. For over an hour he explained to us how the lending process works(we are first time home buyers) and what we could expect. Richard and everyone else who helped me out were AMAZING. Honestly, they made the process of buying my first home perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better Lender. He made everything a learning opportunity and never hesitated on explaining things I didn't understand. I am very thankful my first home purchase wasn't as hectic as people make it seem, but it couldn't have been done without Richard and his team! Thanks again!

Working with Richard Ellis and David Darty was a great success for us. Richard was very knowledgeable about our loan type and how everything worked. this was a scary process for me and he explained everything thoroughly. We had small hick up's along the way but most were out of his control and the lender did the most they could to make up for those minor issues. Overall, I am pleased with the service I was provided and I feel the best possible efforts were made to get us the best deal for our household and new home.
