Christina in service was a great help. Very happy with the experience and specifically her help with our extended warranty company. She made many calls to them with several calls lasting over an hour. Excellent commitment to serve the customer. Thank you! Really like their system that shows what the techs have found with pictures, explanations and recommendations and that allowed us to choose the exact service plan that fit our budget. Never any pressure, another great perk. Thank you!!

My rep, Jake was outstanding. He scheduled my appointment over the phone, attended me as soon I got there, arranged my ride back home since it would take longer than a couple of hour, arranged my ride back once the vehicle was ready.
