They did a good job and worked hard in dealing with the Chrysler extended warranty group in getting them to pay for a transmission replacement. I am disappointed with the warranty outcome but no fault of the dealership.

Jake at Richardson jeep Chrysler is an excellent employee in the service department he took care of the problem along with jerry in the electrical department to fix the problem I was having with my truck caused by an aftermarket headliner that said was plug and play but is not we have figured out how to make that aftermarket addition work but I will do that at a later date, but problem is all fixed and everything is normal now again thank you Jake and Jerry for your excellent customer service.

I liked going there but they have started adding on an oil booster and fuel cleaner to my oil change cost. I dont really like this.
