Fantastic service. Took my vehicle in. They took a look at my issue. Called the extended warranty company I had and coordinated with them. Roughly 3 days latter I was out the door with a new fuel injection system installed and my out of pocket only $100. The folks at Richardson Chrysler Dodge Jeep are very nice to work with. Their mechanics know their products and I have no problems using them. I am happy to bring my van here for maintenance. The Jeep failed an oil consumption recall and Chrysler's fix was a new engine. The service department documented the problem, submitted to Chrysler, and the engine was back within a couple of days and installed in one full day. We were only dealing with a rental car for about 24 hours. I believe this all went so smoothly because of the service department's efficiency and professionalism.

Richardson Chrysler Jeep has an excellent service department. I purchased my Cherokee in 2020 and have not had any problems with it until recently I noticed an alert to take a look at the emergency braking system. I dropped off my car over a holiday weekend and by Monday Jake Nelson in Service had diagnosed the problem and had a loaner ready for me. Luckily because of his diligence he was able to find a part locally and within two days my car was ready. I highly recommend this dealership!
