Richardson Dodge is one the better of the chrysler/dodge/jeep/ram dealers in Dallas county. Avoid the dealer next to Love Field. Maintenance services are fairly priced. Repair services seem overpriced but I trust them more than most shops and definitely more than any other dodge dealer around town.

Christina was all you could ask for as a service advisor. She worked with my warranty company to get my repairs authorized and completed, as well as arranging my car rental. She was very personable, very friendly, but also kept on top of my car repair, advising me of the status as the work was done. I will definitely go back to this dealership for repairs on my Jeep.
