The whole team is helpful and friendly in getting the transaction completed. As a Realtor I hardly ever recommend a mortgage company, but these guys know how to get the job done! They are also very attentive to the clients needs verses their own agenda!

Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what to do or expect and was hesitant to even start the process. Rick did an excellent job walking us through the process. He was very responsive to our questions, communicated very well and kept us up to date on our loan. We shopped around and found VanDyke to be the best deal for us. Rick worked to get our loan closed within the tight closing deadline and we were overall very happy and had a great experience with Rick and the VanDyke company. I have already referred to a friends and would definitely work with again.
