Rick did an excellent job walking us through the process. He was very responsive to our questions, communicated very well and kept us up to date on our loan. We shopped around and found VanDyke to be the best deal for us. Rick worked to get our loan closed within the tight closing deadline and we were overall very happy and had a great experience with Rick and the VanDyke company. I have already referred to a friends and would definitely work with again.

We were very pleased with Mr. Bennett and his staff. They were thorough, prompt, and most importantly able to close on the date set. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about that aspect going wrong too.

Rick Bennett, Jr. not only “caught the ball”, but carried it all the way to my new home! There were SO many times that “others” involved in the sale and the closing, simply let things drop, or fall between the cracks - whether it was missed deadlines, signatures, missing paperwork - WHATEVER - but SOMEHOW, SOME WAY, Rick, in his very calm and steadfast manner, ALWAYS managed to not only do HIS “job” - but got the OTHERS back on task as well...
