Rick Bennett and Van Dyk Mortgage could not have done a better job. We were well taken care of throughout the entire process from the consultation about what we were looking for and filling out the initial paperwork to the closing where he was sitting next to us at the table. He answered every question we had promptly and made sure we know what was happening every step of the journey. All of the other people we dealt with at Van Dyk were also very nice, caring, and helpful.

Rick got us approved quickly. We got 3 different estimates and our closing costs were a lot less expensive going through Rick. He provides great communication, prompt service and accurate information. Would definitely recommend using Rick as your mortgage expert.
