The overall process was very easy. Rick and his team kept in constant communication about what was happening and the next steps as well as timelines. If anything changed, he was communicating this immediately. I also really appreciated his willingness to use text messaging. While this may come off as unprofessional, I for one wanted it as I am very busy with my workday as well and it's easier to respond to quick questions via text to keep the process moving forward.
