Rick Bennett, Jr. not only “caught the ball”, but carried it all the way to my new home! There were SO many times that “others” involved in the sale and the closing, simply let things drop, or fall between the cracks - whether it was missed deadlines, signatures, missing paperwork - WHATEVER - but SOMEHOW, SOME WAY, Rick, in his very calm and steadfast manner, ALWAYS managed to not only do HIS “job” - but got the OTHERS back on task as well... The overall process was very easy. Rick and his team kept in constant communication about what was happening and the next steps as well as timelines. If anything changed, he was communicating this immediately. I also really appreciated his willingness to use text messaging. While this may come off as unprofessional, I for one wanted it as I am very busy with my workday as well and it's easier to respond to quick questions via text to keep the process moving forward. Appreciate your help, Rick!
