We determined our AC was no longer working and it was much older than we thought when we purchased our home here in Idaho Falls ID. We decided to finance our new AC and furnace with ***** ***** and Right Now Heating and AC for 5.9% with thier special financing program for 6 years. Right now installed both a new AC and heater for $5000. It took a better part of the day to install it. We are waiting to have an Idaho Falls inspection done on thier work. Rob was the technician who came out to diagnose and service our AC and furnace. We had a strange smell eveytime our air was running and he was able to figure out what the problem was while also explaining everything to me, how it works, and showing me what he was doing. I felt very comfortable with him and I didn't feel like he was trying to "talk me into" any up charges. We have someone coming out this evening to discuss options and thus far, I really appreciate how Right Now Heating and Air is conducting business.
