We are so pleased we called Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning when our air conditioner/furnace needed replaced. Their quality of work, and professionalism is fantastic. Specifically, the workers kept all areas in which they worked spotless! They even looked around for screws in the garage and driveway when they finished. They were friendly, efficient and organized. Furnace started making a whistling sound . Tech found the problem and fixed it a few minutes. Called right now at 10:00 am and here by 11:00.
The workers showed up on time and knew what needed to be done. They completed the job efficiently and with a good sense of humor. I would certainly recommend this company as they do good work.
Disappointed that I ask that no new holes are put into my siding and wall, but it happens anyway. Asked also for no stickers all over my new equipment and I am told I have no choice by installer and he goes ahead anyway. Even two on one piece of equipment. I question cost, when a condenser is free with furnace install and I pay almost twice my previous total install, just for the furnace. No Veteran breaks either. Goodman furnace, online, is less that $1,000 and I was quoted and charged $4500, but add another $1000 for a bet... read more

The customer reps on the phone were great, very helpful. Colin D., the service tech, was punctual and professional. He did the diagnostic work efficiently, had the parts with him and made the needed repairs quickly, along with final testing. We called on a Sunday, Colin had the AC repaired Monday. The costs were reasonable.
