Ring Central is easy to use and navigate on the desktop and app. I've had good experience with Customer Service when performing maintenance in the Admin Portal. Ring Central meets our business needs even if we don't utilize all it has to offer.

We never really run across an issue with RingCentral overall. Every once in a great while they'll be a brief service related issue that will impact services for a good part of the day, but those situations are few and far between. And no system will ever have 100% uptime. That's just not reality. So, we are very satisfied with the product we have.

Ultimately, after many attempts to connect with a decision maker and then to get a confirmed contract, we got greatly reduced pricing. We still are frustrated with the delay in getting a resolution to our technical and contract issues. It is very hard to reach someone in customer service that we can hold accountable to resolving our issues. It is disturbing to see how much we were overpaying up until this new contract period.
