Forever Access to Your Direct Work Line Pros: Your client calls automatically go to your cell phone whether you are away from your desk or out of the office. Cons: I have no complaints. The app is everything you could ask for. Overall: I have been able to leave my desk and answer a client call directly from my cell phone allowing me to not miss any calls.
Ring CX in a Pharmacy Setting Pros: The reporting is nice. The ability for it to work with Balto is also a plus. Cons: Our start up and planning phase could have gone better. But once we were through that part, the installation and support has been awesome! Overall: It's been great! We've been happy with our decision to migrate to CX.
Ring Central Ease of Use Pros: I love the ease of having options for messaging, calling, and receiving faxes all through one line. Cons: No complaints at all! It is very functional and user friendly. Overall: The transition to Ring Central was smooth and easy. I love having this app rather than a land line.

Great VOIP service provider Pros: It is quite efficient and effective to have several key business services in one spot. Telephony, group chat, text, fax, video conferencing. The reporting features and analytics are also very helpful. We rely on RingCentral for the flow of our business Pros: During the chats, they are professional and friendly. We rely on quick answers to ensure there is not a lapse in efficient work as a collection agency. Cons: There is no actual phone number to reach them. You have to submit a ticket online. Overall: We do receive the answers we need to fix any issues at hand.
Centralizing our external communications Pros: RingEX is great for Ring Central customers to centralize all of the text, phone and video capabilities of your account. Cons: We have not had great experiences with their customer support and billing teams. Overall: We use RingEX and Ring Central for all of our phone calls and meetings with customers. It is a great way to keep everything all in one place for our external communications.
RingCentral Review Pros: Quality is clear, easy to navigate and intuitive GUI. Cons: initial loading takes a little while and sometimes flashes as though missed activity but not the case. Overall: Fairly positive, certainly one of the better contact centre tools I've used
