This company has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Our business was charged for extra services multiple times without giving us a breakdown as to what we were being charged for. When I called their customer service line, I was given the runaround, and no one could tell me what the charges were for. I called because I wanted AI. They ported my number out and didnt tell me it needed to be a landline! After waiting almost 2 weeks for my phone to port over I had to port it back to my mobile company. 2 more weeks for transfer to complete! Not to mention this is my business line! On the final day they legally can keep my number I call them and they said they canceled my account before my port out was successful and blamed it on me! How does this company have an 'A' rating on this website and a review ranking of 1.07/5. That's the lowest review I've ever seen anywhere. I had the same problem as everyone else. I've been trying to cancel for 2 years and they keep auto-renewing. Shame on ring central and shame on Better Business Bureau for giving them an 'A' rating. How much did they pay you. BBB?

customer services is horrible. it is near impossible to modify or cancel the account. account "managers" change constantly. however, the hound you when they want to sell you additional lines or an upgrade.
We have been trying to cancel the service and automatic billing for months!!! Finally spoke with an Associate and logged in a Case # to cancel sevice and receive a refund. That was on May 6, 2025. Now, it is June and we are charged again for monthly service. Impossible to get a hold of a person again. Have been on hold for over an hour already!!! ********* customer service.

Ring central was to cancel my account after porting out all of our numbers. they did not cancel our account even though all services were cancelled. Contacted their service multiple times to correct it and they had countless outages or other excuses of why they couldnt cancel the service and continued to bill us for 4 months with no refund or recourse.
