Alfrie from the Tech team was a delight to work with. She knows her stuff and it was a breeze setting up our account. Contrary to the experience we had with our Account Manager, we felt that Alfrie was ready to help and resolved our concerns immediately. Our AM was difficult to contact and we had to keep on sending follow-up messages and then be provided with responses that were not helpful in resolving our issues.

It has been quite a process to get switched over to all the new features of Ring Central. I would have appreciated a little better support on the campaign to get our texting enabled.
