Great inexpensive product that allows you flexibility in your work. Great product that let's you work mobile and you won't have to have multiple phones. Also, i love how it allows you to get text voicemails.
Easy to use system! It's a great system! Easy to use, and gets the job done. My only recommendation would be to have the opportunity to record outbound calls.

Great tool for remote/travelling workers, especially those in sales Great alternative to traditional phone system; especially if team is distributed. Mobile and desktop soft-phones work well. Having a separate dedicated business mobile number is nice.
Works well most of the time Overall, works as expected but with a few issues that can be annoying. Nice to be able to tie into your cell phone to be able to receive and make calls as if they were from your office line.
RingCentral implementation and on-going support is excellent. Great product offering and on-going product feature updates. RingCentral easily allows the flexibility for setting up video conference call and with the option to record both or either video and voice or just voice capability.
