Great for video conferencing and the iPhone one-tap is amazing! Recently switched from Webex to RingCentral and so far so good. Great for video conferencing and the best part about joining a RingCentral meeting when you're remote and want to use your phone is the iPhone one-tap in the meeting invite, where it will automatically dial in the telephone number and meeting ID with just one click. Our office phone is now serviced through RingCentral also and it's super helpful to see who is calling me.
Good technology to replace phones at work Pretty good - I like the ease specifically of Ring Central Meetings. Sometimes it can be a bit finicky and I've had some confusion when traveling/ with time zones as well.
Lots of nice features RingCentral is a great call management tool! It has lots of nice features and is well organized. Great for customer service.
Great solution no complaints! Integration had a few hiccups initially because our main office is on the East Coast and we are in Southern California, so they had to outsource the install to a local vendor. Trying to log into the app via my smartphone was not very user friendly at first because the default number has an NYC area code and I did not know the number to use for the initial login. Take your business number with you anywhere! Great for on the go business calls. When on a job site anyone can reach me using my business phone number, great to not have to give out my personal number.
RingCentral Solves Many Challenges for a Small Business RingCentral has been an excellent replacement for multiple services for which I was paying significantly more money.
Great mobile App. RingCentral is convenient for faxing, calling, having the mobile app. Overall, a lot of calls drop - but the fax always worked.

RingCentral a must own for Businesses. RingCentral Platform is a great all around platform that can house all your needs. We use their webinar feature as well as their RingCentral Meetings applications daily. Very easy to use for people who aren't as tech savy.
