Ring Central cloud teleophony The project has been implemented in 3 months. We transitioned from traditional IP telephony (Avaya) to cloud based Unified Communications with Ring Central. Easy to use cloud-based communications solution Quick setup and easy to use. Record calls and voicemails on the fly to use for sales campaigns. Integrates with Salesforce as well as our automated phone dialer, which enables reps to be more productive and efficient with their outbound efforts.
RingCentral is very useful I am able to make calls quickly and easily with RingCentral. I was even able to download the application to my phone in order to answer on the go if I was away from my office phone or my laptop. It is a great system to use.
Easy to use but there are some account owner frustrations. I have been using this platform for 2.5 years and it is a great platform. It allows me to make and receive my inbound calls as expected. Over the years there have been a fair share of frustrations but that is the nature of technology. I would recommend this platform because it does get the job done with good quality.
Need to communicate internationally ? Welcome to Ring central Ring Central is really helpful in making sure I contact everybody from everywhere. The international calls are clear and crisp and hardly ever have connection issues. I've actually never had downtime or dropped calls missed voicemails. This is truly a great service and great hardware product as well.
Easy to use, could benefit from a little more testing It works great overall. Especially the mobile (iOS) experience. I've really enjoyed using the software product. The one bug I've noticed is that it won't connect with audio when you close your laptop and reopen it and someone calls you and you decide to answer it via the application. The voicemail and texting features are awesome.
