I can carry my work number with me at all times via the mobile app, so customers can text or call me without needing my personal cellular number. We've never experienced an outage or poor service.
RingCentral, an adequate conferencing system RingCentral is a run of the mill conferencing solution. There is nothing especially great or negative about the system. It gets the job done. I don't love that you have to start the web portion of a meeting in order to call in. There may be an option to just have a phone conference call, but the software isn't intuitive enough for me to quickly figure it out. I do like that you are able to see the participants and it highlights who is speaking.
Small business friendly tool. Pros: Intuitive, easy to use design. Setting up and managing call ques is a breeze. Cons: The recommended hardware and headsets are not cheap. User training tools could be better.

Great 'Bang for Buck' product Finally, a call system that provides reliable metrics without breaking the bank. With a little discussion on pricing, we were able to cut our call system costs nearly in half, while still adding new routing abilities that plug into our ticketing system directly, allowing us to streamline call flow and limit hold times.
Served its purpose but needs improvement on setting up call routing. We were able to test and run this application for over two months. It definitely served its purpose in making calls and taking in phone calls. But we had issue on call rerouting.
Easy to implement and set up teams; would like larger file size cap for sharing. RingCentral works well for collaboration between individual team members as well as multi-member teams on projects as well as for informal text conversations. Phone functionality works well in my experience for open office calling as well as for desk-specific numbers. Easy for use through your mobile phone as well. It's been great, the mobile UI is the best. I think I am more empowered with the use of ring central. My role demands extensive calling and with Ringcentral I feel ease and I use it every day.
Good VoIP solution and servers a lot of functionalities Easy to implement and manage. Allows users to manage their own accounts. Support is good and has detailed help guides.
