RecommendedOrdered a fajita chicken taco… It legit is a tortilla and three pieces of grilled chicken. Asked the guy if this was right because there should be something more right?!? Yuhp that’s it. Taco Bell has better tacos than this, don’t waste your money.

I 💕 Rio Mambo that's way it pains me to write this post. The service we received was subpar mediocre, & down right lazy. The hostess was clearly locked into her phone - no greeting. Patio & restrooms area was not clean at all. Multiple severs pass by the table no greeting. Server took 15 mins to greet us then an additional 15 minutes to receive chips and drinks from the bar. Food just wasn’t very good - we’ve gone to Rio Mambo in Euless for brunch & food was delicious - not here
This was our second visit to the Burleson Rio Mambo. The first was not long after the restaurant opened and there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but we put it down to just opening. We took family from Australia with us last night (Thursday) and we were very disappointed. We sat in the bar for a while before chips and salsa were brought to the table it wasn’t particularly crowded.
